In our initial meeting, we endeavour to get a good steer on project direction. We discuss look and feel imaging and branding. We also talk about the exact goals & requirements, clarify client questions and define the next steps.

‍After we have learned as much as possible about your project, it's time to get started and reveal initial ideas, formats, fonts, imaging etc. We don't charge by the hour but on a per-project basis. This way you have an upfront overview of the financials and things don't get out of control with spiralling costs..

As soon as we have the required materials, we start with design and build. We place particular emphasis on transparency, convenient communication channels (like Slack) and regular updates.
